came up with his formula for Restaurant Crystal Clean™, a clear, all-natural soap

that doesn't leave odors or tastes on glassware. The cleaner can be used in the dishwasher

or to hand wash glasses,and it works on other glass surfaces and gold-rimmed tableware.

The soap is available at various retailers and wine stores, including Sur La Table and Le Grourmet Chef;

a 16-ounce bottle costs $15 - $20. and will wash 2200+ glasses.
